Return Policy

After a few years in the online business, coupled with some deep thinking and consideration, Ardini's Treasure has finally come out with a Return Policy.

At Ardini's Treasure, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, with all tags intact and in their original packaging.

Returns must be mailed with the return slip within 7 days upon receiving your order.  There is a restocking fee of 5% on all items returned.  For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100.00, you will receive a store credit coupon worth RM95.00.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.  For all returns, the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer.  You may refer to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached together with the filled out return slip.  Only returns via courier service are accepted, as we do not honor any walk-ins.  Returns Policy does not apply to pre-loveds, sales, pre-orders, headscarves, underwear, bikinis, swimming trunks, jewelleries, accessories, cosmetics and fragrances.  It can only be returned if they are damaged upon delivery.
